The Encore Pharmacy Patient Management HIV program focuses on:

• Proactive routine follow-up discussions via a compliance monitoring service to verify and encourage therapy persistence
• Evaluation of therapy and side effect management and prevention
• Collaboration with clinic staff to optimize medication regimens
